Summary of booking procedure November 2018

PRIORITY OF PLAY ON THE COURSE

The Board is concerned that the best use of the course shall be made and therefore asks all members to observe the following:

SUNDAY

Between 9.45am and 11.00am the course is usually reserved for Platinum, Gold and Silver members.  

TUESDAY

Between 8.00am and 1.15pm (1.00pm in winter) the course is reserved for silver members competitions, however all Platinum and Silver Members have access to the timesheet. 

SATURDAY

Between 6.30am and 1.15pm the course is reserved for gold member competitions, however all Platinum and Gold members have access to the timesheet.  In winter the tee times available will vary depending upon numbers wanting play.

OTHER DAYS

Except when closed the course is available for play to all member’s and visitors.  The tee is available and can be booked by visiting parties and societies throughout the year.  Tee times for member’s only will generally be reserved daily from 8.00am –9.30am and 12.00-1.30pm between April and September, and 11.30am and 1.00pm between November and March (except Sundays – see above). Members may book one tee time outside these times up to two weeks in advance but must honour the booking, or cancel with reasonable notice.
